How quickly will my order be dispatched?
For items that are currently in stock, we aim to dispatch your order within five working days. In many cases, we are able to ship even sooner.

What shipping provider do you use?
For orders within the UK, we primarily utilise Royal Mail Tracked 48. This service offers tracking capabilities and aims for delivery within two working days following dispatch.
For international orders, we choose Royal Mail Tracked International. This service provides reliable tracking, although please note that international shipping rates may be higher.

Are there any potential import duties?
Depending on your location, import duties or taxes may be applied by your country's customs authorities. Unfortunately, these charges are not something we can anticipate or influence. We kindly ask that you take potential import fees into account before making a purchase, as the customer is responsible for these additional costs.

Which countries do you ship to?
Our current shipping destinations include the UK, Ireland, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
At this time, we are unable to ship to the EU due to changes in import procedures from the UK.
If your country isn't on this list, please get in touch! We'll gladly look into whether we can ship to your location and will certainly do so if possible.

What is your stock policy?
Our production model involves keeping a small, curated inventory alongside on-demand printing. This allows us to offer a broad range of products.
If an item you've ordered is not immediately available, we will quickly inform you that it has entered a new print cycle and provide an estimated timeframe for any slight extension in the delivery schedule.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and in perfect condition. Kindly note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to exchange an item (for one of the same or greater value), the original item must be unopened and undamaged. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees and the cost of shipping the new item.

Do you offer greeting card personalisation?
Absolutely! We can often personalise our card designs with a name. To discuss your specific requirements and receive a quotation, please contact us via our contact page.
Please note that pricing for personalised cards will vary based on the design and the extent of customisation.

What materials are your stationery products made from?
We take pride in the quality of our stationery. All of our items are printed on premium card stock that is both responsibly sourced and FSC certified. For specific details about the materials used for a particular product, please refer to its individual listing.

How are your products environmentally conscious?
Sustainability is important to us. We minimise overproduction by keeping stock levels low and often printing to order, which significantly reduces waste.
Our stationery is printed on responsibly sourced and FSC-certified card stock. Furthermore, individual cards are packaged in biodegradable cellophane, and we actively seek out eco-friendly packaging alternatives whenever possible.
